Three’s Room- Enrollment CLOSED

This classroom is dedicated primarily to teaching and many learning activities. The goal for this class is for each child to identify sounds and words that start with each letter of the alphabet. In this class we focus on identifying numbers and counting. We also work to identify 3D shapes, as well as the colors of the rainbow and different shades.

We encourage the children to play kindly and carefully with all friends. This age group focuses a lot on personal space, keeping our hands to ourselves, and communicating. We work with each child on their problem solving and expressing one’s emotions in a safe environment. We teach them classroom etiquette through lining up for various transition times, having manners, and exhibiting patience during class time.

Along with teacher led crafts, your child has access to a variety of art materials so they can create whatever they can imagine.

We love to be outside and will often hold class time outside. We explore nature, dig in dirt, and play with bugs. We encourage the children to show their natural interests and We build the itinerary based what they want to learn, along with the essentials like counting, writing, and phonetics. We encourage children to problem solve by themselves and allow them to use conflict resolution skills, only stepping in if we are needed or if they ask for help.
