Our Staff

All employees have completed a background check and are certified in CPR and First Aid. Our staff is dedicated to helping each child develop skills through a trusting and loving relationship. We require 20 hours of new training, various certifications, and classes for each staff member annually. Super-Kids has been working with Idaho Stars and the Steps to Quality program. We have received our certifications for steps 1, 2, and 3. We received our certificate for step 4 in 2022 and continue to maintain our qualification to stay at step 4.
